Is this spyware?
No. The monitored person consents before anything is captured, the agent shows a visible icon the whole time, and you can see every screenshot collected — plus a log of every time a supporter views one. By default you can uninstall it freely. It's a tool you choose to use, not something done to you.
Who can see my screenshots?
By default, supporters only see images that get flagged plus a small random sample — not your banking, email, or private life. An admin can change this per account, and the monitored person always sees the full picture, including who viewed what.
Does my screen data go to a third party?
No. Scanning runs on our own servers — your screen contents are never sent to an outside AI service. Images are encrypted at rest with per-image keys, so even a database leak exposes nothing.
What does it run on?
Windows, macOS, and Linux today. Mobile (Android capture and an iOS content filter) is on the roadmap, built within each platform's rules.
Can I remove it whenever I want?
Yes, by default. If your account turns on tamper protection (it's off by default), removal then requires approval from a supporter — that's a choice you and your partners opt into together.
How is this different from Covenant Eyes?
Same goal — different philosophy. We're privacy-first (encryption you can verify, you watch the watchers, consent required up front) and meaningfully cheaper. Supporters see only what they need to, not your whole digital life.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 7-day trial includes every feature. When it ends, subscribe to keep monitoring active. Your account and data remain — nothing is deleted just because the trial lapsed.
Do I lose my progress if I slip?
No. Acknowledging a slip resets your current streak — that's the honest reset that makes the streak mean something — but every medal you've already earned stays in your trophy case. And a false positive never costs you anything: dismiss it and your streak and milestones carry on.
Can I get my data out, or delete everything?
Yes. Export your full account as JSON anytime, and delete your account to permanently wipe every stored image. Standard data rights, built in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract — cancel whenever you like. Your account and data stay until you choose to export or delete them.
